Art House JC Friday

Get ready to enjoy some local art- in the age of social distancing, ZOOM, masks and global pandemics!

This event comes courtesy of Art House Productions, various galleries, amazing artists, the OCA, and, their sponsors. As the organizers state, "Virtual JC Fridays is a free online arts festival taking place entirely on Zoom."

Historic Downtown Farmer’s Market



The Farmer’s Market is held every Monday and Thursday at the Grove PATH Plaza and the First Green area of the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Mall from 4:00 – 8:00 pm!

Stop by and get all of your food essentials and a couple of desserts, you deserve it!

The health of our farm vendors, HDSID staff, and visitors is of utmost important so we have implemented a set of guidelines for everyone to follow. We want everyone to have an easy and stress-free time shopping for goods at the Market. Kindly take a moment to review the customer guidelines listed below. We have taken into account the rules and regulations set forth by the Jersey City Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Customers are not allowed to touch the food. Vendors will select products for customers.

  • Avoid any hand-to-hand contact

Unfortunately, the Artist & Maker Market at the Grove PATH Plaza has been canceled for the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns. We are deeply sorry to our vendors and customers for this news. We will be back better, with the best handmade and local goods in the State!

We would like to thank Debbie from the Artist & Maker Market for all of her hard work!


It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce the cancellation of the 2020 All About Downtown Street Fair. It was a difficult but necessary decision to make. The health of our employees, volunteers, vendors and attendees is of utmost importance. We will be back in 2021 with the best Street Fair on the East Coast!
